Mark Fekete, P. Geo.
President, CEO and Director
Mr. Fekete is a professional geologist who has worked throughout Canada during his long career in the mineral exploration business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Geology) from the University of British Columbia (1986) and is member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to advanced project management to corporate development. In 1999 he founded Hinterland as a private prospecting syndicate and successfully transformed it into a publicly traded company holding a strong exploration property portfolio with several active projects. He has experience as an executive, a director and an advisor to a number of other publicly listed companies in the mineral exploration sector.
Ingrid Martin, CPA
Ms. Martin is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in a variety of public corporations. She holds a Bachelor in Business Management degree in accounting from HEC Montreal (1988) and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. From 1988 to 2004 she held a variety of accounting and operational positions with several companies including Price Waterhouse, Domtar Inc., Unisource Canada, Inc. and Molson Canada. Since 2004 she has been engaged in financial reporting for a number of mineral exploration companies. Currently she is the CFO for Alopex Gold Inc., Géoméga Resources Inc., Kintavar Exploration Inc. and Midland Exploration Inc., and is CFO and a director of Sphinx Resources Ltd.
Greg Fekete, LLB
Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Fekete is a partner at the law firm of Austring, Fendrick and Fairman in Yukon where he practices mining, corporate and commercial law, and advises a wide variety of both public and private companies, as well as First Nations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University (1993) and a Law Degree from the University of New Brunswick (1995), and is member of the Law Society of Yukon. He has been involved with mineral exploration projects throughout the North as an executive, a director and a legal advisor for several exploration companies, individual prospectors and placer miners.
Mr. Dingsdale has developed extensive experience in investor relations, financial consulting and management during his career as a businessman and entrepreneur. He has past experience as an executive, a director and an advisor to a number of publicly listed companies in the mineral exploration and technology sectors. He is currently an advisor to RF Controls LLC, a private company developing advanced antenna technology and signal processing techniques for passive RFID systems based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dyane Duquette, P.Geo.
Dyane Duquette is a Professional Geoscientist with wide experience in the gold mining industry. Over the course of her career, Dyane has gained progressive skill in mine geology, exploration, underground operations, feasibility studies, bulk sampling, project start-ups and project evaluations. She held various positions including Project Geologist and Geology Superintendent with Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. over a 17-year period at different divisions namely Goldex, Laronde and Technical Services. She fulfilled the role of Director Geology initially for Premier Gold Mines Ltd. (2013-2015) and later for Greenstone Gold
Mines (a 50/50 joint venture between Premier Gold Mines Ltd. and Centerra Gold Inc.) until February 2017. Ms. Duquette obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (Geology) in geology from the University of Ottawa (1993). She is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec where she served as a Director from 2010 to 2016. Currently she is a Senior Advisor with Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd.
Cheyne Poirier is the President and co-founder of HydroTech Mining Inc., a private Val-d’Or based company specializing in the sale, design and production of pumping and dewatering systems for the mining industry in Canada and overseas. HydroTech’s clients include Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd., Alamos Gold Inc., Iamgold Corp., Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., Metanor Resources Ltd. and Primero Mining Corp. Mr. Poirier has been involved in the mining industry for over 20 years and holds a diploma in civil engineering technology from the Cégep de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue, and a certificate in business administration from the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He has also served as a director on the boards of several community associations in Val-d-Or.
